Community Town Hall on the AG Race & Voter Registration

August 7, 2018 @ 4:00 pm
August 8, 2018 @ 3:45 pm

Join us at the Wilmington HOPE Commission on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 for a voter registration event and a community town hall on the attorney general race.

The 2018 attorney general race has the potential to change the way the criminal justice system works in Delaware. For too long, this damaged system has funneled people into prisons and disproportionately impacted black communities in the First State. It's time for that to change.

Come with friends, register to vote, then stay to hear from the candidates for attorney general so you can make an informed decisions at the polls.

You can prepare by checking out what the attorney general does, what change needs to happen, and where the candidates stand here: www.votesmartjusticede.org

This event is sponsored by the Wilmington HOPE Commission, Carry My Own Vote, H.E.A.D.S. U.P. in the 302, S.A.O.S. (Stop Abuse of the System), and the ACLU of Delaware.
