Juveniles and family members who have a delinquency or criminal record in Delaware should register for the clinic by July 20, 2016 by contacting Donna Thomas at 302-577-5136.
 
NOTE: Juveniles are encouraged to bring a copy of their Delaware criminal history to the Clinic. Limited financial assistance for this record may be available through the Delaware Center for Justice.
