This year's event will once again have celebrations in New Castle and Sussex county, as well as a virtual component, so you can celebrate with us in-person or from your home.
Quaker Hill Historic Preservation Foundation will present a workshop and art project about Wilmington's Underground Railroad and Harriet Tubman. Refreshments will be provided.
