Delaware Victims' Rights Task Force presents the 21st Annual Victims' Tribute featuring Ms. Kathleen Bonistall as the keynote speaker.
The event, which will take place on April 25th during National Crime Victims' Rights Week, is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the event starts at 7 p.m. It will be held at the Sheraton Dover Hotel in Dover, DE. Light refreshments will be served.
Ms. Bonistall is speaking in honor of her daughter Lindsey Bonistall. Lindsey was a 20 year-old sophomore studying Journalism at the University of Delaware when her life was taken in her off-campus apartment in 2005.
