This event is part of the 2015 Pacem in Terris Winter Film & Discussion Series. The topic is mass incarceration and the New Jim Crow.
The evening will feature a screening of the documentary Broken on All Sides. Additionally, attendees will view a series of recent short videos illustrating efforts to discourage voting, and learn from local activist groups about exciting new efforts to advance voting rights and accessibility in Delaware.
The 2015 Winter Film Series is free and open to the public. All events are in the Daughty House adjacent to Westminster Presbyterian Church parking lot at 13th and N. Rodney Streets in Wilmington's Trolley Square neighborhood. Free parking is available in the lot or on the street.
