100 Years of Peace and Justice addresses the major peace and justice related issues of the last 50 years (what society has accomplished), and looks forward to what needs to be accomplished in the next 50. This series will help us all take stock of where we are and what we need to do in these troubling times. The third speaker in the series is Reiner Braun, Co-president of the International Peace Bureau, and German peace activist. Previous speakers in the series include Ashley Biden, Executive Director of the Delaware Center for Justice, and George Lakey, author of Viking Economics.
CONTEXT: Peace and justice take many forms: reducing NATO aggressive actions, lowering military expenditures, disarmament, and eliminating nuclear weapons. Hear a European perspective on what the U.S. is doing on the global stage.
