This one day public forum with review the historical and contemporary patterns of racism and poverty in Delaware in order to transform unjust systems, especially those leading the the incarceration of poor and minority populations.
The first Delaware Latino Summit, sponsored by the Delaware Hispanic Commission, will be held on November 13th in Dover at Del Tech's Terry Campus.
