The Campaign for Smart Justice in Delaware has two major goals:
1. Cut the prison population in half
2. Address racial disparities in the criminal justice system

The Coalition for Smart Justice aims to cut the prison population in half and reduce racial disparities in Delaware's criminal justice system.
