House Bill 320

HB 320 expands the scope of which health workers may provide medication abortion services, newly including Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs). This bill does not allow APCs to provide procedural abortion care.

Proposed Legislation Would Fortify Delaware’s Protections for Abortion Access

With the fate of the landmark Roe v. Wade hanging in the balance, at least 26 states are likely to ban abortion, with perhaps more to follow. Now more than ever, it’s vital that states like Delaware pass laws that will allow patients to access those rights without barriers.
