ACLU of Delaware invites people who are currently or formerly on probation, or who have loved ones who are currently or formerly on probation, to share their thoughts, concerns, and experiences.
Our goal is to use the information we collect to ensure that the needs of people on probation are met, rights are respected, and voices are heard in making recommendations for changes to probation policies and laws.
To participate, you must be on probation, have formerly been on probation, or have family currently or formerly on probation. Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome.
Attendees will be compensated $20 for their time. Each person may only attend one session.
