Delaware Citizens Opposed to the Death Penalty will have their monthly meeting Monday, August 27, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. in the first floor lounge of the Pacem in Terris building, 1304 N. Rodney St., Wilmington, DE 19806.
