Constitution Day, or Citizenship Day, is the recognition of the adoption of the United State's constitution and is observed on the day the constitution was signed in 1787, Sept. 17th!
To commemorate Constitution Day, Wesley College is holding a discussion:
"Constitutional Rights, The Death Penalty & Race" on Mon. Sept. 17, 2012 at 4 p.m. in the Faculty Room at Wesley College.
The discussion is featuring Kevin O'Connell, esq. Delaware Citizens Opposed to the Death Penalty board member, and DE Repeal adviser.
