EMAIL SHANNON
Prior to joining the ACLU of Delaware, Shannon was the executive director of Learning Link of Delaware. She is a passionate advocate for parents and students, and has dedicated over 15 years to helping parents understand their rights and responsibilities within the public education system, all the while supporting schools and community-based and faith-based organizations. She holds an M.S. in Organizational Management & Leadership and a B.S. in Human Services, both from Springfield College.
