Jason Beehler joined the ACLU of Delaware full-time in January 2024. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Ohio Wesleyan University and his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
After earning his J.D., Jason worked for many years as a trial lawyer in private practice. He has litigated all types of cases at every level of state and federal court.
Before attending law school, Jason worked for six years to support artists and cultural organizations through his work for a local arts agency.
