Citizens for the Greater Good, nominate Dr. Floyd McDowell. Dr. McDowell is 89yr old and has worked a lifetime helping those in need. He has written several pieces of legislation both national and statewide. He is an honest, brilliant human being who has worked on education for the disabled, single payer health care, Detox and Rehabilitation, Campaign Finance Reform, Education Reform, etc, He has a website:, where all these wonderful good government sensible common sense pieces of legislation can be found. Dr. McDowell ran for Governor in 2000, and founded the Independent Party of Delaware. I can think of no human being in this state who has done more for our citizens, and worked to better the lives of all Delaware citizens. He can be reached at: 832 2799…his bio is too large for me to place here, but I can assure you NO one in this state has a better past record of caring for, and loving with kindness all our citizens.
